Ashton Blaise Whitty is an American actress who was born in Berkeley on the 1st of October 1996. She is an actor well-known for Choices 2010 (also known as The Heart and Other Small Shapes), Chrissie Mayr's Content House (2022), and The Heart and Other Small Shapes.
Asia Argento was raised in Rome with a actor and film family. She pursued both professions her own. The Church, directed by Michele Soavi, was her debut role. Red Wood Pigeon, the film that she played Nanni Moretti's young daughter, was released a year later. But it came from Close Friends by Michele Placido which saw Asia's acting career take off. Cannes International Film Festival was a great achievement for the film. Daria Nicolodi is Argento's most beloved actress. She played a young anorexic woman looking for her father's murderer in Trauma. Asia's intense, absorbed performance style was used to great effect in the film Condannato a nozze. In 1993, Asia co-starred as Arianna the disabled child in Carlo Verdone's Perdiamoci di vista. It was an intricate and demanding role for which she won the David di Donatello. In 1995 she teamed up with Michel Piccoli to produce Peter Del Monte Compagna di viaggio and won the title of David di Donatello. In 1994 Asia decided to try direct and made two short films an episode of the film De Generazione In 1996 she directed a documentary on her father. In 1998, one on cult director Abel Ferrara, AbelAsia which was awarded an award at the Rome Film Festival. In 1999 Asia began her film-directing career in the form of Scarlet Diva with Scarlet Diva, in which she was the main actress as well as the writer of the screenplay. The movie was released on May 20, 2000 across Italy as well as different countries. It was awarded in the Williamsburg Film Festival in Brooklyn, New York.
